Alongside my current position as Attractions manager, I was appointed General Manager to cover leave. I oversaw all day-to-day venue operations and managed multiple departmental teams to ensure smooth operations so that our guests received a world-class experience. I played a key role providing support to the wider business along with collaborating with our stakeholders and taking the lead on various reimagining projects and statutory compliance.
This role was centred around driving performance, upholding high operational standards, and supporting the Mellors Group's broader strategic goals, all while maintaining a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
